Castaway Motel Orange, Orange

I had a really disappointing stay at this motel. It was filthy with a dirty room filled with hair and broken amenities. The service was terrible, and I felt completely ignored by the staff. The only plus side was the spaciousness of the room, but I’d never return due to the overall lack of cleanliness and poor treatment.

My stay at this motel was unfortunately quite disappointing. The room was in terrible condition with numerous cleanliness issues, and the service from the manager was rude and unhelpful. On a positive note, the room itself was spacious and came equipped with useful amenities like a fridge and microwave. However, the overall experience was marred by the lack of proper upkeep and customer service.

The customer service was exceptionally poor, as the manager treated us rudely when we tried to express our concerns. It's safe to say I will not be returning here in the future.
